- When You Can Request a Return or Refund
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received the wrong product, edition, or quantity.
- The item has significant damage or manufacturing defects that affect its usability.
- The package was tampered with or missing components upon delivery.
All return or refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- When Returns Are Not Accepted
To ensure fairness and product integrity, returns will not be accepted if:
- The product shows minor wear from handling or packaging (such as small bends or scuffs).
- The product has been used, marked, or altered after delivery.
- The return request is due to a change of mind or incorrect order placed by the customer.
- The issue is reported after 7 days of delivery.
- How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@eveme.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- Our support team will verify your request and provide return or replacement instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.
If the issue was caused by Eveme (wrong or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
