- If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact us at support@eveme.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
- Our team will review and assist with a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
7. Delays Beyond Our Control
- While we work with trusted courier partners, Eveme cannot be held responsible for delays due to events outside our control (such as strikes, extreme weather, or courier network disruptions).
