  • Standard delivery across the UK usually takes 2–7 working days from dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or postal delays.

  • Eveme is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • We take great care in packaging every order.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact us at support@eveme.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue.
  • Our team will review and assist with a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • While we work with trusted courier partners, Eveme cannot be held responsible for delays due to events outside our control (such as strikes, extreme weather, or courier network disruptions).
  • We’ll always do our best to keep you updated in such cases.
